I smoke a few too many, memory becomes so tempremental that awareness of my existence as a chance manifestation of cells without any preordained purpose or fate, that the only coincidental ‘fate’ that I do have, and share, is to one day die, consumes me utterly without check once again. It was so long ago that I constructed a framework of theories to remove myself from that existential pit, it does have a certain magnetism to it’s hopelessness that most unfortunately resonates somewhere within. This theory left only one conclusion that I consider worth living alongside and that is to enjoy until I do in fact, drop. The problem with this is, who the fuck wants to work 9-5? Hardly enjoyable. I have no reason to be here save my humouring of myself and my own personal enjoyment (which coincidentally includes the enjoyment of others, for who the fuck can be happy on their own bar a madman (probably the sanest of all) or enlightened one (Enlightened in the buddhist sense of completely modifying ones mind toward positive reaction to recieved data)), and so if I have to toil away I might aswell be dead. Cool. The thing is thats a perspective, “work sucks”, and as noted in the buddhist example, this is something that can be modified, and I was halfway there, before, I would see a huge rotund individual jump into the car from uni to join her rotund parents with a rotund bag of maccas literally being handed out the car door as she hops in (is it me, or do older overweight individuals seem to have all the patience of a rolling bead of sweat?) and instead of being angry or spiteful i’d just be a little sad but hopeful.. positive emotions. I forgot all of that, my mind in a smokey haze has been merely led around slowly degenerating for the worst, probably an individual thing due to my basing of my life on theories rather than merely living it.
